General Policy:

If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be in unused, brand new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as a 15% re-stocking fee.

Beyond the first 7 days of receiving your order, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received to State Bicycle damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund. The best thing to do is contact customer support and explain your situation. Let's resolve this together.

Cancelled Orders:
Any orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to a 5% order cancellation fee.

If you received a damaged product:
Please send photos of the damaged item, any damaged packaging, and the shipping label to sales@bocabikeshop.com

New, unused gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.Used and undamaged gear, bikes, or bike frames will be issued store credit in the form of credits applied to your Boca Bike Shop account. We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse.
